As these are made to order, we cannot accept exchanges or returns unless there’s a genuine issue, such as receiving a damaged product. Please note that we do not provide returns or refunds for satisfaction-related concerns.

An unboxing video must be submitted to validate any claims for items damaged during shipping.

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you have any requests for an exchange or issues with your order, and we will do our best to assist you. In most cases, we can accept exchanges only if the box and tags are intact and the items are unused.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
